Which areas do you install in?
We are based in Dombivli East and install across all of Mumbai, including Dombivli, Kalyan, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the Taloja, Dombivli and Mahape MIDC industrial belts. If you are just outside these areas, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can service you properly.
How much does a CCTV system cost?
It depends entirely on camera count, cable runs and how many days of footage you need to retain. Anyone quoting a price before seeing your site is guessing. We survey free of charge and give you an itemised quote showing exactly what each camera, the recorder, storage and labour cost, so you can compare like for like.
Do you handle housing society committee approvals?
Yes. We provide a written scope, an itemised quote and a site layout that a managing committee can circulate and vote on. We can also present the proposal at a committee or general body meeting if that helps you get sign-off.
What happens if a camera fails after installation?
You call us directly. We hold an annual maintenance contract (AMC) option that covers scheduled servicing and fault response, and support is handled by the same local team that installed your system, not an outsourced call centre.
